The Aero Club of Egypt in association with the ministry of Aviation are pleased to invite you to the
FAI National and International Series which will be held in 6th of October City – Egypt from
September 24th to September 27th 2010.

Q500 Euro Cup!

The Q-500 Euro-Cup in Paris was a success for V-gun pilots. The first 3 all flew V-guns

Placings were - 1st... Thibaut Cappuyns (Centre) 2nd... Edgard Voets (Left) 3rd... Kevin Daniels (Right)
Thibaut won again with the new flaperon version. Fast time was 66.66 and an average of 68.69 on the FAI course.
Thibaut and his dad are very happy with the new models and hope to continue the row of victories (seven now !!).

Final production versions of the V3 muffled pipes are now in hand and tested.
These pipes easily make the required Db noise drop of 20Db and in fact are up to about 28Db so plenty
of safety margin there. This pipe has been flown and raced with excellent performance and handling.

September 6th, successful race testing of the new Muffled V3 pipe was completed successfully,
performance was excellent and good reliability with no changes to engine or prop to the
normal V3 pipe set up. Production will start after official FAI approval is granted.

American Nationals in Guatemala.

Chris Callow ( Reigning World Champ) Did back to back
56 sec F3D races on 4th March using his Evo with
a 2 piece wing. Chris has a very aggressive flying style,
so it was certainly a great test of the new concept of
"transportable" F3D racers.

Kev Callow, 3 times W.C. winner for F3D pylon racing, has joined
the Big Bruce production team.
Kev is producing the FAI carbon props, to the same lay up and material specs
as he used on the props at the last 3 world champs to not only win, but set
and hold world records un touched now for 6 years. Kev is also being active
in the R&D of future models and products.

We have tried for a more user friendly and informative site to make it even easier to find all the info you need to compete successfully in our sport.
